Error: The service cannot be accessed at this time; reference code 40

When I access Berliner Philharmoniker Digital Concert Hall, an error code appears on the screen and I cannot use it.

    Try to change the setting by following the steps below.

    1. Press the HOME button on the AV Receiver to open the HOME menu.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select Parental Control Area Code in the Internet Services Settings category.
    4. Check that your country is selected.
    5. If the setting is changed to a setting other than your country, select your country again.
