Error: 1106, 2123, or 1107 appears during software update
If this issue happens, please do the following:
- Please check the network connection:
- Press the HOME button on remote.
- Select Settings.
- Select System Settings.
- Select Set-up.
- Select Network.
- Select Network Set-up.
- Select View Network setting and status.
- Select Check Connection.
Next, confirm that the network connection is OK. If it isn't, re-establish a network connection:
- Press the Home button on remote.
- Select Settings.
- Select System Settings.
- Select Set-up.
- Select Network.
- Select Network Set-up.
- Select Set up network connection.
- Select Privacy Policy.
- Select Agree.
- Select Easy or Expert to set up your network.
- If the issue still occurs, please perform software update via USB stick:
- You can download the latest software from our EU website by going to your country's specific support site and following the on-screen instructions.
- Copy the new software to the USB stick.
- Perform software update via USB as stated below:
- Press the HOME button on the remote.
- Select Settings.
- Select Customer Support.
- Select Software Update.
- Select USB.
- If error message continues and you're unable to update the TV, then please perform a factory reset.
- Press the HOME button on the remote.
- Select Settings.
- Select Customer Support.
- Select Factory Settings.
- Select Yes.
- Select Yes.
