I turned on the camera from Camera Remote Power ON/OFF on Imaging Edge Mobile (PlayMemories Mobile successor), but images in the camera do not appear on the smartphone.

For executing Camera Remote Power ON/OFF on Imaging Edge Mobile (PlayMemories Mobile successor), Bluetooth is used. However, for transmitting images in the camera to a smartphone or to make camera setting from the smartphone, Wi-Fi is used.

When the smartphone's Wi-Fi is connected to an access point other than the camera, images in the camera do not appear on the smartphone. On your smartphone's home screen, tap Settings - Wi-Fi and connect the smartphone to the camera.
