This could be related to a loss of Bluetooth connection with the sensor.
Please confirm the following details:
- Check the remaining battery charge of the sensor.
- Confirm that the sensor's Bluetooth light (blue) is flashing.
If the Bluetooth light (blue) is not flashing, try restarting the sensor. If the blue light does not light up, even when the Bluetooth button is pressed, charge the sensor - it is likely that the sensor's remaining battery charge is at 0 (empty).
Refer to the following on the behaviour of the flashing lights.
- Check the remaining battery charge of the smartphone/tablet being used.
- If the Bluetooth connection is interrupted, despite the sensor having a sufficient battery charge, check the remaining battery charge of the device. Be sure to charge the device before use when the remaining battery charge is low.
If the remaining battery charge is sufficient on both the sensor and the device, perform pairing again.
