Unable to connect to the Internet when IPv6 is enabled.
Error: Please check your internet connection appears.
This error message may appear if the Internet Service Provider (ISP) or the website is not compatible with (IPv6).
Note: if your TV is running Android 8.0 Oreo or above, the IPv6 setup (ON/OFF) setting is no longer available.
For Android TV

First, check the Network status.
- Press the HOME button on the remote.
- Select Settings.
- Select Network in the NETWORK & ACCESSORIES categories.
- Select Advanced settings.
- Select Network status.

If the Internet Access field displays IPv4:OK IPv6:Failed, set IPv6 to Off by following these steps.
- Press the HOME button on the remote.
- Select Settings.
- Select Network in the NETWORK & ACCESSORIES categories.
- Select Advanced settings.
- Select IPv6 setup.
- For Do you want to enable IPv6? select No.
For models released in 2014
Set the IPv6 to Off by following these steps:
- Press the HOME button on the remote.
- Select Settings.
- Select Network.
- Select IPv6 Setup.
- Select Set up IPv6 connection.
- Select No.
