A message saying "Turn the power off and on again" is displayed.
If you subject the lens to excessive force, your camera detects a malfunction and an error message saying turn the power off and on again may appear. If this is the case, turning the power on and off again should rectify the problem.
NOTE: If the error message continues to appear, reset the camera.If the issue is still unresolved, the product may need to be repaired.
