The colour of the image is not correctly displayed in the camcorder

Check the following if the color of the image is not correctly displayed.

NOTE: The following functions may not be available on some models.

• This may occur if NightShot or NightShot plus for high-sensitivity recording is activated.
• Make sure the following settings are correct.
  • White Balance
  • Scene Selection
  • Picture Profile
  • Gamma Disp. Assist
• If the Auto Back Light function is activated, the camcorder adjusts the exposure towards plus, and it may make the image displayed bright or whitish. If your camcorder has a function to change the Auto Back Light setting, change it according to the subject.

If the issue is still unresolved, the product may need to be repaired.
