This error will appear to indicate that the TV requires a system software update prior to viewing any of the Internet video channels.
To resolve this issue, update the software of your TV directly via the Internet or manually via USB stick if software upgrade via Internet fails.
After software update perform the following:
- Perform a Refresh Internet Content by pressing Home button from the supplied remote control and selecting Settings > Network > Refresh Internet Content
- Perform an AC power reset to TV by plugging AC cord out from the AC socket.
- Perform the Refresh Internet Content again.
