• Organiser of the Prize Draw is Sony Europe B.V., based at The Heights, Brooklands, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 0XW (“Sony”).
• The Prize Draw is open to customers residing in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
• To enter the prize draw you must be 18 years of age or over. Sony may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw. This prize draw only applies to private customers. Companies, organisations or institutions, and resellers are excluded from this prize draw.
• The prize will be one Sony Alpha 7 V camera intended for personal use only.
• To enter the Prize Draw customers must register by providing their email address through the landing page during the promotion period from 14th of March to 19th of March 2026. Each customer may only register with one email address. The last entry deadline is 23:59 on 19th of March 2026.
• The draw will take place week commencing 19th of March 2026. The winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process.
• There will be a sole winner who will be notified by email on week commencing 23rd of March 2026 and will be asked to provide their name, address and contact number for the prize to be sent to. If a winner does not respond to Sony within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Sony will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. Prize will be sent within 14 days of confirmation of personal details.
• Personal information that you supply will be processed by Sony Europe B.V. and its third-party service provider for the purposes of administering this prize draw. • By registering your email address customer will be deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and Sony’s privacy policy.
• Sony reserve the right to withdraw the prize draw whenever in the future. Furthermore, Sony reserves all rights to disqualify the customer if customer’s conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw and Sony reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• The prize draw shall be governed by, and construed under, the laws of territory in which you reside, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the same territories.
