Brought a few weeks ago, as our samsung needed replacing . Brought for cash without asking alot of questions, my fault ! Not sure how to get the best as refused to pay an exfra £59 to help set up on top of the £1495 . Picture not as good as samsung, cannot connect to google app as instructed to do, as do not now how and have been trying since brought! Seems alot to find if you know how ! Would not buy again, samsung seem better.

es stört mich enorm, dass das Gerät sich zu irgendeinem Zeitpunkt, den ich nicht beeinflussen kann, abschaltet und rebootet, Das dauert circa 2 Minuten. dann erscheint auf dem Bildschirm "Sony", dann "Google TV" und dann wird zu dem aktuellen sender zurückgeschaltet.

Wir empfehlen außerdem, die Funktion „BRAVIA Sync“ testweise zu deaktivieren: Drücke die Taste (Schnelleinstellungen) auf der Fernbedienung und wähle dann [Einstellungen] — [Kanäle & Eingänge] — [Externe Eingänge] — [BRAVIA Sync-Einstellungen] — [BRAVIA Sync-Steuerung]. Zusätzlich deaktiviere die folgende Optionen: Drücke die Taste (Schnelleinstellungen) auf der Fernbedienung und wähle dann [Einstellungen] — [Kanäle & Eingänge] — (interaktive Anwendung & Guide-Aktualisierung im Standby). meine Erwartungen sind nicht ganz erfüllt worden. Das Bild ist wirklich gut. Der Ton ist besser bei meinem Vorgängergerät, aber trotzdem nicht so toll. Es kommt kein richtiger Raumklang zustande- Es fehlt meiner Ansicht nach grundsätzlich eine eindeutige "Returntaste", um aus jedem Einstellmodus wieder raus zu kommen. Die 123 - Taste ist eine gute Idee. Die Programmvorschau mit Text ist verbesserungswürdig. Der Programminhalt sollte in weisser Schrift hinterlegt sein und die Schriftgrösse so gross wie die Überschriften. Die einzelnen Sender sollten mit der Programmvorschau vertikal gelistet werden.

I know this isn't the latest technology but like most Sony bravias, it’s exceptional. I can’t go bigger than this so works perfectly for me. The picture is outstanding and the os is fast. The image processing is so good, natural and isn’t vivid and shouty like other brands that probably look good in the shop but actually hurt your eyes after a while!

This TRULY is THE most magnificent TV that we have ever owned , having now owned it for about a week , the quality of it absolutely exudes in everything we have watched , stunning clearer picture , stunning sound , zero motion blur , absolutely FANTASTIC colour , one could easily run out of superlatives describing the fantastic quality of this television ! I bought this TV recently and I am super happy with it! I purchased it to use as a monitor and for console gaming and everything so far has been great! Picture, sound, operating system, setup, the stand, the remote are all top class. I am removing one star though for the following reasons. By now you’d think Sony would give a backlit remote with their TV’s or glow in the dark buttons. The other is the brightness is quite low compared to the equivalent 42” LG. But the most important and infuriating factor is that I have 2 Sony TV’s in the same area. This small one for gaming and PC use and the 65” for TV and movies. When turning on/off or operating either TV they come on at the same time etc. I have tired everything to change the remote user ID for this exact purpose bit Sony in all of their infinite wisdom has removed this option! What market your 42” tv to be also used as a gaming monitor if under this circumstance you have constant problems with both TV’s turning on off and going through settings at the same time. I have to unplug one or block the IR sensor to change the setting on the other before plugging it back in under the desk. A total nightmare.

The unit came with two remote controls it would be helpful to customers if some type of booklet came with the set to explain exactly what each remote does, also explain what each button does. It is a television, what am I supposed to say. As with all modern telivisions I would prefer CH1 to be displayed when I press 1 on the remote or select TV as an input, not a menu requiring me to press another button to actually view the channel. The Apps. are standard. The operating system is ok. I dont need to be told what to watch with suggestions, I know my own viewing preferences. I do like the fact my old Sony remote still works with the new TV.

Missing Table Stand.

After owning this tv for a month I am still waiting a table stand to be dispatched from Sony as when unpacking the tv it was not in the sealed box. Over 11 phone calls to SONY Customer Service and still no resolution to this issue. Having been a customer of SONY for over 40 years I am appalled at the lack of customer service and stream of excuses. The unresolved issue continues.

I've had the A90K for 3 weeks and find it superior to my old tv. Setting it up with external inputs is tricky even being a moderately tech savy person. HDMI randomly fails handshake as did attached soundbar. This is not TV fault more of the limits of the technology I'm told. This probably true when coupled to more than one hdmi input on my case 2 android devices. CoPilot was my saviour in fine tuning the set up which has educated me into the complexities of the connectivity of these devices. I have no hesitation of recommending this TV sound and picturr quality are outstanding. TV channel guide/tuner leave a lot to be desired when compared to modern front end IPTV apps and perhaps this is the difference that Google TV has put upon us. The Sony guide is the better choice from day 1 and clearly works, but if you're an avid TV viewer only (terrestial) you may be a little disappointed. Another disappointing think is having 2 different remotes without explanation one with coloured buttons and numeric pad the other is more streamlined with keys for Netflix, Disney, Prime Video... confusing having to shuffle remotes. Of course a third handpicked for the excellent HT2000 sound bar. To close without the soundbar this TV has excellent sound features my high frequency hearing is reducing and this TV can boost speech above the other sounds in a broadcast....outstanding.

Not enough memory.

Picture quality and performance in general is excellent - I’m puzzled why Sony didn’t give us enough memory to store more apps leaving us with apps that we don’t need but can’t uninstall to leave space for the ones we do want.

This is a very good tv. The picture, sound and features are excellent. One aspect that falls short is the programme guide. The screen display is too small and can’t be easily read from a normal tv viewing distance, requiring you to move closer to the tv to read the text, and this is very annoying. Also the display is multi coloured which is distracting and confusing.

El producto está en garantía y he llamado, he enviado varios mails para que un técnico revisase el sistema general de la TV porque a veces se apaga ella sola. Al mismo tiempo el Bluetooth no funciona correctamente. Vino un chico y no hizo ninguna revisión y solo porque conectó un auricular en ese momento dijo que funcionaba bien, pero una vez se fue el Bluetooth dejó de funcionar y sigue sin funcionar. Después de esto ¿ qué hago con el TV? La experiencia me aconseja no volver a comprar un TV SONY.

I purchased my new Sony OLED TV a couple of weeks ago and I have to say it’s the best decision I could have made. The picture clarity whilst watching anything produced in 4K is fantastic. The atmos sound is so good there was no need for my sound bar. The choice of apps available is great. I would advise anyone thinking of buying a new tv to definitely give Sony a try.

This product is so good it's almost dangerous. It was pretty easy to get going and easy to control. What made my jaw open wide was streaming 4k images. It was remarkable in its clarity, contrast and colour. The sound coming from the screen is very effective. There is an assumption that the TV needs a sound bar. Possibly if you watch films containing lots of explosions, but for normal entertainment the sounds is exceptionally clear.

Wheb working properly it is a good product. I have continual problems with it dealing with the incoming internet having to go online and search for a cause and remedy as the tv does not connect to wired wifi on a ad hoc basis. There are no clear instructions on how to remedy these faults.It is not my incoming signal that is the problem but the tv setup. Lack of a clear manual or where to find one online is frustrating and time wasting, as I stated a good( When it works properly). This does not and lack of clear precise instructions are a big failure when things go wrong. I would like to switch it on and find it working this is not always the case. I say again it is not the incoming signal that is at fault but the tv. like

Ik heb dit apparaat gekocht als vervanging voor een LED TV van een ander gerenommeerd merk. Deze TV stak in de visuele vergelijking qua beeldkwaliteit ver boven andere vergelijkbare TV-merken uit en dat niet als gevolg van een opgekrikte presentatie. In 1975 was mijn eerste TV een Sony, daarna tot eind 2025 verschillende andere goede merken in gebruik gehad vanwege plaatsingen in het buitenland. Uiteindelijk toch weer terug naar SONY en tot volle tevredenheid

Sehr sehr negativ -> Keine Bedienungsanleitung in Verpackung, wie man Gerät einstellt, wie man TV-Favoritenliste erstellt, usw. Habe bei Verkäufer nachgefragt. Er kann nicht helfen, weil Saturn keinen TV-Sender-Anschluss mehr hat. Auch Verkäufer fand im Internet keine Bedienungsanleitung zum kostenlosen Download. Nein, eine bessere Bewertung kann nicht vorgenommen werden. So eine Situation kann nur Abschreckung für einen evtl. Kauf von Sony-TV-Geräten sein. Keine Kauf-Empfehlung für andere Personen.

This television has solved two problems we were having in viewing dramas and films. We can now see what is happening in shots taken in low light and we can hear what actors are saying even when there is loud intrusive "background" music. Both of these features were promised by the OLED screen and the sound zoom facilities. Both delivered.

Bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden, das Bild, mit vielen Einstellmöglichkeiten, ist sehr gut. Tolle Farben tolles Schwarz. Von Sony Core gibt's 10 Kredits für 4k Filme, Leider manchmal in Englisch. Der Ton, der vom Display kommt, könnte für Europäische Ohren besser sein. Die Fernbedienung mit Sprachwahl ist manchmal nervig, aber egal.

We bought this on a recommendation from John Lewis - excellent picture and great sound and perfectly installed by JL - the one drawback is that you watch TV through apps only - there is no guide or live TV facility unless you plug something else in - some apps like ITVX does not provide live TV option so we have had to re plug our EE box in - which we were told we could now do without - to get live TV and a TV guide. It would be helpful if someone had pointed this out.
