Compré una TV Sony XR 55A80K y justo se acaba la garantía y se estropea la placa principal 600eur en reparación y Sony se lava las manos argumentando está fuera de garantía. Casi todo lo que tengo es Sony porque creía en esta marca. Un solo problema y han pasado de todo, pues yo también fin para Sony.

Das Bild ist echt gut doch bei dem Namen Sony haben wir etwas mehr im Blick auf Stabilität erwartet. Haben vor kurzem erst durch Anschließen an eine Stromverbrauch messende Steckdose rausgefunden, dass das TV 29W im Standby verbraucht hat, rund um die Uhr, und das obwohl Netzwerkfunktionalität für Standby ausgeschaltet war. Nach einem Factory Reset geht es jetzt erstmal wieder. Zudem haben wir regelmäßig Probleme mit dem HT-A9, wo wir das TV neustarten müssen, damit die beiden wieder miteinander reden. Hinzu kommt, dass hin und wieder Werbung auf dem Startbildschirm angezeigt wird. Immerhin bekommen wir noch regelmäßig Sicherheitsupdates.

Im Prinzip bin ich mit meinem Sonygerät zufrieden wenn da nicht kürzlich eine Reparatur gewesen wäre.Zum Glück hatte mein Verkäufer beim Kauf eine zusatzgaranti empfohlen.Leider treten die selben Symptome schleichend wie beim ersten Mal wieder auf 🤮befürchte erneute Reparatur 🥲 Habe bedenken dass meine Restgarantie abgelaufen tut bevor mein Sony den Geist aufgibt 🤷♂️

cela fait maintenant deux ans que j'ai acheté ce téléviseur, l'image est magnifique, ainsi que le son. J'ai voulu le compléter avec une barre de son, je trouve le résultat pas très génial, le son du téléviseur est suffisamment bon. Par contre, les menus conçus avec Google ne sont pas intuitif et facile à utiliser. Il y a trop de sous menu, on s'y perd facilement. Par exemple je n'ai pas trouvé la fonction pour aller sur internet directement.

This TV performs well. The picture is clear and crisp and the onscreen menus and remote control are bothe easy to navigate. One issue I did have wa that I was unable to connect the TV using my Denon Amp. Previously this allowed me to switch between my games console, Sky box etc seamlessly and have sound through my floor standing speakers. However, I just couldn't get the setup to work with with this TV . Meaning i have to settle for sound iut of the TV speakers instead and have a couple of wires trailing from the TV to my devices, which isnt great. That said the sound from the TV speakers is okay but nothing compared to my original setup. I would definitely advise you to ensure your amp will be compatible before making your purchase.

He estado haciendo comparativas de muchas tv oled antes de comprar esta y estoy encantado con la decisión, cualquier tv oled se ve muy bien, pero las funciones que tiene sony van un paso más, desde el sonido que sale directamente de la pantalla a todas la mejoras de imagen que hace el procesador, sin duda una gran tv para disfrutar en familia de series películas y canales de TV

Waited a month to review and upto now I cant fault it. I'm none to tech savvy however even I found this really simple to set up. I was so impressed with the quality the TV provided I bought the soundbar and rear speakers. I saw reviews that were talking about all sorts of lag etc but in my opinion if you want to buy a great TV, get it out the box easy set up and find you are so impressed you want to re-watch a lot of movies to experience the better picture and sound I would honestly recommend these products.

We thought as speakers in screen sound would be better. Not really. Tv always needs restarting as dialogue out of sync with vision - almost daily. Plus tv turns itself off regularly and flashes 4 times. We have tried unplugging at wall and from Dky. Plus 2 factory resets. Not great for a £1500 tv

We purchased this Sony TV as we never had issues with other Sony Products. It replaced an LG smart TV we have had for10 years and didn’t update any more. It’s a big improvement, my only comment would be the start up time is quite slow

Nicht mal 2Jahre alt und schon 200 mal Neustart machen müssen. Oder auf Ausliferungszustand zurücksetzen.Ich hatte noch nie einen Fernseher in dieser Preisklasse. Aber wurde sehr enttäuscht.Das Gerät hat ein tolles Bild und auch einen satten Klang. Der Rest ist noch sehr verbessrungsbedürftig ! Er schaltet sich ab und zu von alleine ab oder auch an, Programmhinweise funktionieren nur bedingt und auch nur kurze Zeit nach Neustart. Umschalten dauert manchmal eine halbe Ewigkeit. Alles in allem ist er sein Geld nicht wert.

Im April 2023 gekauft - mittlerweile wurde Hauptplatine gewechselt und immer wieder plötzlicher Bildschirmausfall (wird schwarz und ich muss ihn neu starten. Am Heiligabend 3x Neustart notwendig. Mit Abstand der liderlichste TV-Apparat in meinem Leben. Sony reagiert schon gar nicht mehr.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto circa due anni fa, dopo i primi mesi di perfetto funzionamento, accedendo ad un qualsiasi canale tv, spesso si sentiva il parlato ma l’immagine non compariva: schermo nero; dovevo procedere con il riavvio del televisore; questo accadeva almeno una volta alla settimana, sei mesi fa circa, il digitale terrestre ha cominciato a presentare degli sfarfallii, sono passato al satellitare e tutto funzionava perfettamente. Da qualche settimana anche il digitale ha dato problemi: immagini a mosaico; ho chiamato l’antennista ritenendo problemi all’antenna: il segnale è perfetto, abbiamo provato con un vecchio (12 anni) Samsung e funziona perfettamente. Quindi è il televisore ad avere problemi, oggi, non riceve alcun segnale tv, lo schermo rimane nero. A onor del vero, se accedo alla tv con Appletv si vede perfettamente film e programmi. Ho avuto sempre fiducia nei prodotti Sony, fin dalla Trinitron, ma quest’ultima esperienza mi ha fatto ripensare: un prodotto di marca non può avere una vita così breve, o almeno si guasti nell’arco della garanzia!

Wir haben den TV jetzt knapp ein Jahr und sind damit zufrieden. Er hat ein tolles Bild, einen guten Sound und das Fernsehen macht damit Spaß. Das minimalistische Design gefällt uns sehr gut. Die Ergebnisse die mittels Sprachsteuerung erzielt werden, sind nicht zufriedenstellend. Es wird immer nur auf YouTube verwiesen, aber keine Hinweise auf andere TV-Sender oder Streamingdienste. Leider stürzt das Gerät im Laufe der Zeit immer wieder mal ab und die Neustarts sind nervig. Bei der Einrichtung hatten wir Probleme mit dem Satelliten, welches wir durch googlen lösen konnten. Allerdings haben wir nach wie vor Probleme mit der integrierten Fernsehzeitung. Häufig wird in der Zeitung gar nichts angezeigt oder nur die aktuelle Sendung und die folgende. Bei diesem Problem konnte uns der Händler leider nicht weiterhelfen.

Ho comprato questo TV dopo che ho avuto per molti anni un TV Sony kd 55" HX 855 ottimo TV, poi presi un TV Sony KD x65c9305 Ottimo TV sia in SD che in 4k video e audio veramente alto livello, e dopo tanti anni volevo prendere la serie OLED xr77 serie 9 ma leggendo recenzioni su recensioni ho deciso di prendere il Sony KD xr77 A80K mancano un po' di attributi che ha la serie 9 ma risparmiando un bel po' si ha un prodotto veramente ottimo tra colori algoritmi Sony e processore XR veramente eccezionali , con audio 60 Watt sufficiente per un appartamento, grazie Sony per la serietà di successo e affidabilità che ci continui a dare, il costo è nella media degli altri marchi top , ma Sony non delude mai.

Bei den schwarztönwen dürfte es gerne etwas weniger Graustufen geben, allerdings hat das auch einen Zusammenhang mit der Aufnahme der filme, Videos und der streaming Qualität. Die Fernbedienung dürfte gerne im dunklen leuchten, dafür müsste es nicht ein teureres model sein, zumal der Fernseher eh schon teuer war! Habe mir privat eine Sony Fernbedienung zugelegt, welche leuchtet bei Berührung.

I am deaf and need subtitles for my viewing. I have 2 other televisions which cost me around 10% of the sony, with these I ask for subtitles press the sub title button once and while the TV is on receive subtitles all the time even when I change channels. With the Sony I have to press 3 buttons to get the subtitles and when I change channels I lose the subtitles. Do Sony think deaf people have a miraculous return of hearing or do they not care? I am totally unable to receive subtitles on BBC Iplayer, sometimes get it on Amazon Prime

Après 2 ans d'utilisation toujours enchanté de la qualité de cette TV. Image irréprochable et audio vraiment excellent (pour une TV). Seul problème pendant 5 jours: 2 larges bandes sombre sont apparues et ont disparues automatiquement ! C'est lié à la technologie Oled et le logiciel intégré à régler ça.
