The REON POCKET doesn't work

IMPORTANT: This article applies only to specific products and/or operating systems. Check Applicable Products and Categories for details.

Check the following:

1. Press the button. The LED should turn on.
2. Charge the battery. The LED should light up.
3. Check that the device can connect to the app via Bluetooth.
4. Switch to the [COOL] tab and select temperature setting level 3.
   Check that you can hear the fan from the air inlet and that the cooling and warming section is cool.
5. Switch to the [WARM] tab and select temperature setting level 3.
   Check that the cooling and warming section is warm.
