The REON POCKET doesn't work
IMPORTANT: This article applies only to specific products and/or operating systems. Check Applicable Products and Categories for details.
Check the following:
- Press the button. The LED should turn on.
- Charge the battery. The LED should light up.
- Check that the device can connect to the app via Bluetooth.
- Switch to the [COOL] tab and select temperature setting level 3.
Check that you can hear the fan from the air inlet and that the cooling and warming section is cool. - Switch to the [WARM] tab and select temperature setting level 3.
Check that the cooling and warming section is warm.
