How to remove the neckband for REON POCKET 5

The neckband is firmly attached to the REON Pocket 5. But you can remove the neckband to clean it using two methods:

Method 1

1. Support the cooling/warming surface of the unit.
2. Hold the top of the neckband on one side with the other hand.
3. Move it in the direction of the arrow as if peeling off from the unit.

Method 2

1. Support the cooling/warming surface of the unit.
2. Hold the lower end of the neckband with the other hand.
3. Move it in the direction of the arrow as if peeling from the unit.
