Channels 1-11 indicated in the wireless router or access point can be used to connect to the Internet. However, your TV doesn't support channels 12 and 13.
To reduce interference from other devices, we recommend setting the channel of your wireless router or access point to Auto.
If your TV is the only device that cannot connect to the wireless router or the access point, the channel setting of wireless router or access point could have been set to channel 12 or 13. In this case, select another channel. If you want a fixed Wi-Fi channel, we recommend setting the channel to either 1, 6 or 11.
