What is Amazon Alexa?
Alexa is a cloud-based voice service from Amazon. It utilises voice-driven Alexa Cloud Service capabilities called Alexa Skills. These skills allow you to control certain features of your Amazon Echo and Amazon Echo Dot devices using the Amazon Alexa app. With this feature, you can use your voice to turn your TV on or off, change channels, control the volume, and more.
