End of some display features in Program Guide and other related features on BRAVIA

Dear Valued Sony Customer,

Starting in late May 2026, the availability of certain TV Guide (Program Guide) and display features will end on 2023-2025 BRAVIA TVs:

• 2025 models: BRAVIA 8 II (XR80M2), BRAVIA 5 (XR50)
• 2024 models: BRAVIA 9 (XR90), BRAVIA 8 (XR80), BRAVIA 7 (XR70)
• 2023 models: A95L Series

Changes to the TV Guide and TV Menu

These changes only affect how information is displayed in the TV Guide and menus.

Applies to: Ireland, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Slovakia

TV Guide changes

• Channel logos will no longer be displayed for channels received via the TV (antenna, cable, or satellite). Channels themselves are not affected.
• Program preview images (thumbnails) will no longer be shown.

TV Menu changes

• Program preview images (thumbnails) will no longer be shown.

Applies to: United Kingdom, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Poland

TV Guide changes

• Channel logos will no longer be displayed for channels received via the TV (antenna, cable, or satellite). Channels themselves are not affected.
• Program preview images (thumbnails) will no longer be shown.

TV Menu changes

• The channel browsing menu for external TV provider devices (for example, “All channels”, “Most watched”, or “Genres”) will be removed.
  • You can continue browsing channels using your TV provider’s own menu.
• Program preview images (thumbnails) will no longer be shown.
