    Be My Eyes allows us to give more tailored support to anyone who is blind or partially sighted.

    • Connect via video call to one of our agents, who can assist you with any questions about your Sony product.

    Be My Eyes App

    If you have the Be My Eyes app, you can contact our Sony team directly in the app.

    If you don’t have the app yet, simply download the free Be My Eyes app and call Sony to contact us. You can also reach us by phone, email, or online chat during our opening hours.


    Need a repair? 

    If you need a repair, our Be My Eyes agent can also troubleshoot and arrange this for you. However, our team may need some additional details from you to do so. As Be My Eyes does not store personal customer data, our team will need to gather this information from you to arrange your repair, and they can then provide an update to you via phone or email. 

    If you need any special accommodations, please let our team know, and we will arrange them with our repair centres. For example, if you require a chaperone or a specific TV installation set-up, our team can support you.
