I can't hear any sound from the TV when I connect it to a home theater system, soundbar, or AV receiver using both HDMI and Bluetooth

This issue can occur when both an HDMI connection and a Bluetooth connection are used simultaneously to connect a home theater system, soundbar, or AV receiver to the TV. In such cases, disconnect the Bluetooth connection and use only an HDMI cable.

To disconnect Bluetooth:

• Use the TV’s settings menu to disconnect the Bluetooth connection, or turn Bluetooth OFF on the audio device.

• For detailed instructions, refer to the product manual or Help Guide for the TV or audio device.

If the TV still does not output any sound, press the INPUT button on the audio device and select the HDMI input.

Note: To switch back to a Bluetooth connection, disconnect the HDMI cable first, then press the INPUT button on the audio device.
