I can't hear audio when pairing my hearing aid with my Xperia smartphone
Why is sound still coming from my Xperia after connecting (pairing) my hearing aid?
This issue occurs when pairing is not completed correctly. Please try the following steps to resolve it:
- Go to [Settings] → [Device Connection], then tap the [Settings] (gear) icon to the right of the connected device name and select [Forget].
- Tap [Pair new device] and follow the prompts to reconnect your hearing aid.
