Notice regarding incorrect display of hearing device settings menu for Xperia 10 V and Xperia 10 VI
We sincerely appreciate your continued support and use of Xperia products.
It has come to our attention that after upgrading to Android 15, the hearing devices settings menu is incorrectly displayed within the settings menu of the Xperia 10 V and Xperia 10 VI smartphones.
As this product does not support Android Streaming for Hearing Aids (ASHA), you cannot pair it with hearing aid devices even if you configure the settings from the hearing devices settings menu.
In response, we will implement a software update to remove the hearing devices settings menu. We kindly ask customers who own the Xperia 10 V or Xperia 10 VI Xperia to update their smartphones to the latest software and continue using them. The release timing of the software may vary depending on your carrier.
