What you can do when making a group via BLUETOOTH connection:
    Stereo Pair, Party Connect

When you create a group of compatible devices, you can use Stereo Pair, Party Connect.

    Stereo Pair

By using Stereo Pair, one speaker plays the sound on the right channel (right side), while the other speaker plays the sound on the left channel (left side) for stereo playback between the speakers.

Prepare 2 speakers of the same model in advance. The Speaker Add function can be used with 2 speakers only.

    Note
    • If the speaker you want to add belongs to another group, adding it to a new group ungroups the previous group.
    • Update the software of all the connected speakers to the latest version.
(Refer to the Help Guide of each device for the update procedure.)
    • If you are using iOS 13.0 or later, permit access to the Bluetooth from [Settings] - [Music Center] on the iPhone.

    To set Stereo Pair

Select the speaker from "Speaker & Group," and tap [Group with other speakers] on the displayed screen.

Select [Stereo Pair] and follow the instructions on the screen to select the device to add to the group.

    Hint

    To ungroup a group

Select the group that you want to ungroup from the "Speaker & Group" screen and ungroup it using [Edit Group].

    Party Connect

You can all enjoy music at the same time by combining up to 100 devices that are compatible with Party Connect. Prepare devices compatible with Party Connect in advance.

    Note
    • If the audio device you want to add belongs to another group, adding it to a new group ungroups the previous group.
    • Update the software of all the connected speakers to the latest version.
(Refer to the Help Guide of each device for the update procedure.)
    • If you are using iOS 13.0 or later, permit access to the Bluetooth from [Settings] - [Music Center] on the iPhone.
    • You cannot add audio devices from Music Center to a group formed using the Party Connect button on an audio device.
To add devices, either use the Party Connect button or ungroup the group and then make Party Connect settings once again from Music Center.

    To set Party Connect

Select a speaker compatible with Party Connect from “Speaker & Group,” and tap [Group with other speakers] on the displayed screen.

Select [Party Connect], select all devices that you want to add to the group, and then tap [Next]. When the list on the next screen shows "Ready" for all the devices, tap [OK]. If it shows "Get closer" for all or some of the devices, bring the smart phone closer to the specified devices until “Ready” appears on the list.

    Hint
    • If the audio device name you want to add to the group is not displayed, refer to the A device name is not displayed when you create a group page.
    • When you create a group, only the volume of the first audio device selected can be controlled from the smartphone, and the volume of other audio devices added to the group is also adjusted automatically.
You can also control the volume of other audio devices added to the group directly on the respective devices.
    • When using the Party Connect, the codec automatically switches to SBC.
    • When watching movies using the Party Connect, there may be a gap between video and audio.
    • For the devices that failed to be grouped, add from [Edit Group].

    To ungroup a group

Select the group that you want to ungroup from the "Speaker & Group" screen and ungroup it using [Edit Group].
