New sign-in method for Sony services and applications (to customers who sign-in with Amazon/Apple/Facebook/Google)

    Sony will unify the sign-in IDs used to access different Sony services for products such as TVs or headphones into one Sony account. The sign-in ID is the account you use to log in, such as Amazon/Apple/Facebook or Google. You’ll just have one Sony account to access Sony services. 

    After switching to the Sony account, Sony’s Cloud Service for Home Entertainment & Sound Products will no longer be accessible via Amazon/Apple/Facebook or Google account after July 2024. Of course, you will be able to log in with your Sony account. 


    What’s the Sony account?

    Your Sony account will integrate and act as a convenient hub for all eligible Sony group services, including PlayStation Network and Sony | Headphones Connect.


    How do I migrate my different Sony service accounts?

    The Sony services listed below will use the Sony account to log in, and we kindly invite you to follow these steps for each service or application:
