Xperia Transfer 2: Can't transfer data from an Android device to Xperia using the app

When using the Xperia Transfer 2 app to send data from an old Android device to a new Xperia, the data transfer may fail if the sending device's screen turns off. This happens when your Android device is idle to save energy.

To work around this issue, make sure your Android device displays the Xperia Transfer 2 app and that the screen remains turned on during the data transfer.
