No. Sony Alpha and Cyber-shot cameras support ARW format files, which is Sony's unique format, while Xperia 5 II and Xperia 1 II support the DNG format file, which is developed by Adobe. Also, the DNG format is supported by several apps on Windows, Android, and Mac OS, which can be used to develop and edit photos.
NOTE: RAW photo (.DNG) output will be supported by a future software update.
