The SD card is not being recognised by the computer when inserted into the Walkman player

If your SD card isn't recognised,
- Update the software of the Walkman player to the latest version.
- Disconnect and then reconnect the USB cable from the computer.
- Insert the SD card into the player before connecting the player to the computer.
