Audio Description and related functions do not work properly
Why doesn't the cursor on the menu highlight the Audio Description audio-stream that is playing?
Why do the sound settings remain disabled when the user changes to a channel with no Audio Description audio-streams?
This condition is due to a communications-error experienced with the newly introduced 1PID broadcast protocol.
If there is a new TV software available, please download the new software and update the TV.
Follow these steps to perform the software update.
- Press the HOME button on the remote control.
- Select Settings.
- Select Customer Support.
- Select Software Update.
- Select Network.
