The PS4 game picture cannot be output as HDR signals.

    Try the following.

    • For XE70xx_X70xxE_X72xE Series, X67xxE_X69xE Series, or X72xF Series:
      Update the PS4 console to the latest firmware via network.
    • For other models:
    1. Press the HOME button on the remote control.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select System Settings.
    4. Select Set-up.
    5. Select AV Set-up.
    6. Select HDMI signal format.
    7. Select Enhanced then restart the PS4 equipment.

    If the issue does not improve even after performing above, update the PS4 console to the latest firmware via network.
