Video stored in an USB device can be played but it stopped halfway or an error message is displayed.

Applicable Products and Categories of This Article

Check the following.

  1. Connect to another USB port.
  2. Format the USB device (make sure file formats and system are supported on TV).
  3. Try with another USB device.
  4. If the issue is still unresolved, reset to Factory settings.

    1. Press the HOME button on the remote.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select System Settings.
    4. Select Customer Support.
    5. Select Factory Settings.
    6. Select OK.

NOTE:

  • The initial setup screen displays after completing this process.
  • Be sure not to turn the TV off during this period (it takes about 30 seconds) or press any buttons.
