Error: There is no network connection right now is displayed after the TV is turned on.
Follow these steps to fix this issue:
- This error appears if you power off and on your TV while watching from an app.
NOTE: Select RETRY to reconnect to the internet. If this didn't resolve the error, proceed to the next step.
- This error appears when you connected your Android TV to the internet with a LAN cable.
Check if you've enabled the IPv6 setting on the TV. Disable the IPv6 setting as follows:- Press the Home button on the remote control.
- Scroll down to Settings.
- Select Network in the Network & Accessories category.
- Select Advanced settings.
- Select IPv6 setup, then set to NO.
- If possible, connect your TV to the internet using wireless connection.
- Press the Home button on the remote control.
- Scroll down to Settings.
- Select Network Settings.
- Select Wi-Fi.
- Select On.
