Error: There is no network connection right now is displayed after the TV is turned on.

    Follow these steps to fix this issue:

    1. This error appears if you power off and on your TV while watching from an app.

      NOTE: Select RETRY to reconnect to the internet. If this didn't resolve the error, proceed to the next step.

    2. This error appears when you connected your Android TV to the internet with a LAN cable. 
      Check if you've enabled the IPv6 setting on the TV. Disable the IPv6 setting as follows:
      1. Press the Home button on the remote control.
      2. Scroll down to Settings.

      3. Select Network in the Network & Accessories category.
      4. Select Advanced settings.
      5. Select IPv6 setup, then set to NO.

    3. If possible, connect your TV to the internet using wireless connection.
      1. Press the Home button on the remote control.
      2. Scroll down to Settings.
      3. Select Network Settings.

      4. Select Wi-Fi.
      5. Select On.
