App icons are not being displayed on the apps screen

Make sure that the TV is connected to the Internet.
If your Internet connection has a problem, app icons may disappear.

Refresh the Internet content.
App icons may disappear just after purchase, a TV reset, or a new service/content update.

  1. Press the HOME button on the remote.
  2. Select Network in Settings, then press the Enter button.
  3. Select Refresh Internet Content, then press the Enter button.

Reset the TV.
App icons may disappear when the TV is suffering a glitch.
