How to resolve when TV displays "Connection status cannot be confirmed" message and cannot perform the firmware update?

    erThere may be a problem with the network connection. Verify that the network connection and settings are correct.

    1. Check the Ethernet cable to make sure it is securely connected to the "LAN(100)" terminal on the player and to the Internet source.
    2. Check the BD Player network settings and confirm that the player has its own IP address.
      NOTE: If you use a proxy server, enter the IP address of the proxy server you use, instead of the proxy host name, in the "Proxy Server" input field.
    3. Confirm both 'Physical Connection' and 'Internet Access' is "OK" in Network Settings > Network Connection Status.
    4. Follow the Update via Internet Instructions again.
