Playback is interrupted and "Please check to ISP' message appears during video streaming when the network connection speed is low.
You can try to solve by applying the below.
1. If you are using a wireless connection, you can try moving your wireless access point closer to your player for better wireless signal or, if possible, connect your player using a wired LAN connection.
2. If the message still appears, you can try resetting your broadband modem or router.
3. If the unusual slow speed continues, call your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to check your internet network connection.
