Movie scenes recorded in bright light do not play back smoothly.
When shooting movies in direct natural or artificial light, the shutter speed of the lens may increase automatically. It does this to try maintaining the correct exposure when shooting in bright environment. This may sometimes result in the movie scene not appearing smooth during playback.
Follow the steps below to minimize this from happening with future recordings when shooting in bright environment.
IMPORTANT: If model-specific information is required to complete any of the steps in this solution, refer to the operating instructions supplied with the product.
Set the mode to (Shutter Priority) or
(Manual Exposure) to slow the shutter speed, or when ND filters are available, use an ND filter to lower the brightness level. This may mitigate the problem.
