I bought this just over a year ago as it was supposed to be long lasting. Always kept it in the case when not in use and yet within a year both side bars snapped, and the left side has now completely packed up and will play no noise

Je l’ai acheté le mois dernier car mon ancien casque Sony commençait à dater ( je l’ai acheté en 2014). Et je suis très satisfait du confort du casque , de la fonctionnalité antibruit qui ne m’oblige plus à mettre la musique à fond et qui du coup protège mes oreilles.

La réduction de bruit est très agréable sans pour autant totalement couper du monde extérieur, la qualité de son est bonne, le casque est confortable. Petit bémol, le port de lunettes réduit l'efficacité de réduction du bruit et l'application est capricieuse pour faire les réglages si on n'a pas encore fait de compte avant.

cheap plastic build cracking with very minor use.

Well, I got this set from Best Buy barely used but now I started using them a little and noticed that the channel where they slide to extend in length is cracking and falling apart making it hard to adjust and exposed wires under that. It sounds okay-ish not the best Sony headphones, built from very cheap plastic for the price point I think they could have done better. After reading other people complaining about the same issue as I do that it is cracking Sony should own up to their mistake of using cheap plastic or design flaw and maybe replace these head phones to have happy customers. Sony has always made great products but this head phone is a total waste of money so I recommend people not to buy this particular model maybe some other model except this one.

It appears that you got a non-European version of the headset. Since the voice guidance language can't be changed, there's nothing that can be done, unfortunately, as the headphones are not compatible with the headphones connect app, that can change the language of the voice guidance for compatible models.

Plastic broke after a year !

Noise cancelling and sound quality was good. However, the design is awful. The plastic parts of BOTH ear pieces broke within a year of having these, so now they are completely unusable. Really disappointed and expected them to last longer given the price. The microphone is awful too - completely useless for phone calls which was really inconvenient.

Podrían haber valido si no se hubiera desintegrado prácticamente las piezas de sujeción cerca de la almohadilla de arriba con los dos tornillos en cada lado, y la parte de plástico paralela a la cinta de metal que se ha partido en los primeros meses sin detectar cuando!

Audio performance let down by a cheap headband

I bought these as a long overdue replacement for my GoJi Over Ear Headphones. The audio performance and battery life are good BUT the headband has fragile clips at the end of the padded section. One side cracked, the other broken and fallen off. I pride myself as someone who looks after their kit. So disappointing that these broke so easily and quickly.

Me lo regalaron por Reyes y estoy encantado, se ajustan bien, la cancelación funciona muy bien y lo uso muchas hors al día. El matiz es el cambio entre dispositivos, que es manual, quiero decir tienes que desconectar de uno y conectar a otro, no se desconecta automáticamente cuando conectas con unnuevo dispositivo.

Got these for Christmas. Only thing I can see wrong is if I'm watching something and then change my mind and try and watch something else...they turn off!! So I have to reconnect to watch something else!! Bizarre!!

Good sound quality and good noise cancelling when switched on. Battery life is decent too. Product quality slightly below expectations as plastic house feels cheap but the ear cushions are comfy. Overall a solid 4/5. For the price the material quality is ok and the sound quality and noise cancelling are above par
