Where a split second can be the difference between winning and losing, sports photographers need to be as well trained and ready as the athletes. We find out how Terry Donnelly captures all of the action.
"Although I shoot different genres of photography I find a cross over of skill set between them which makes my work stronger. I have always enjoyed different genres of photography and I am a firm beleiver that we should shoot what we enjoy the most because that is how we grow."
Terry is a UK based photographer who has had a love for photography since childhood. His career path took him away from his passion until 2006 when he became a working photographer. The two genres of photography Terry enjoys most are environmental portraiture and sports photography. He is the holder of three Fellowships and a Masters in photography, including a Fellowship with the Royal Photographic Society FRPS and has had work exhibited in over 25 countries.
