The α NEX-5 lets you shoot richly-detailed Full HD (1920x1080i) video and stereo sound as AVCHD files for easy storing and sharing. The large Exmor APS HD CMOS sensor inside the NEX-5 ensures superb video image quality, even in low light. It also allows beautiful background defocus effects you can’t achieve with video on ordinary compact cameras.
