Sony Europe B.V. is starting a new promotion/ prize draw where it is giving away five (5) individual 100% product cashbacks for a product basket purchased from Sony during the promotional period among My Sony customers and UNIDAYS customers (“Promotion”). The prize includes: 100% cashback purchase price refund of a basket of participating product/s from purchases during the promotional period, whereby the respective winner's product basket to be selected for refund is determined at random. Possible shipping costs are not included in the refund/cashback.

Participation This promotion is open to all customers who meet the following criteria:

1. My Sony customers: Log in or create a My Sony account and purchase any participating product(s) on our website (https://www.sony.uk/store/) during the Promotion Period. 
2. UNIDAYS customers: Log in to your UNIDAYS account and purchase any participating product(s) during the promotional period via the UNIDAYS link on our website (https://www.sony.uk/store/).
3. You can enter this promotion with several eligible purchases during the promotional period to maximize your chances of winning.
4. The Promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom who are at least 18 years old.
5. Sony is entitled to request proof of your participation.
6. Products that are/have been returned during the cancellation period are excluded from participation in the Promotion.
7. The Promotion is valid from 2/12/2025 to 23/12/2025 (“promotional period”).
8. Participation applications received after the specified end date will not be accepted.
9.  The five (5) winners and its respective product baskets will be selected from all eligible purchases in the UK and will be drawn at random via a computer process at the end of one month after the promotional period (end of January 2026).
10. A participant can only win a 100% purchase price refund once for a purchased product basket. If the participant is selected again via a random generator as part of the Promotion, this ticket will not be awarded, and another winner will be determined via a random generator.
11. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase by the customer. The cashback refund will be processed once the cancellation period has expired.
12. Sony reserves all rights to disqualify you if your behavior is contrary to the content or intent of this Promotion.
13. Sony reserves the right to reject applications or refuse to award the prize to anyone who violates these conditions of participation.
14. Purchasing with a My Sony or Unidays account constitutes your consent for Sony to contact you regarding matters relating to this promotion, regardless of your consent options in your My Sony account.
15. Winners will be notified by email or telephone (using the details provided via your My Sony/Unidays account) within 7 days of the end of January 2026.
16. If a winner does not respond to Sony within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and Sony will be entitled to draw another winner in accordance with the procedure described above.
17. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no alternative will be offered.
18. Sony's decision regarding the conduct of the Promotion is final and binding.
19. Sony reserves the right to terminate, suspend, extend or modify the promotion should this become necessary.
20. By purchasing and registering your product(s) and participating in this Promotion, you agree that any personal information you provide as part of this Promotion may be stored and used by Sony or its sub-contractors/suppliers to carry out the Promotion. 21.  Our prize draws and Promotions are governed by the local laws of each entrant and any disputes in connection with the Promotion are subject to the jurisdiction of those local courts.
