Payment Options

Standard Orders

Sony accepts payment by approved credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard.  We also accept payment by PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.  For credit card payments, please provide your valid credit card number and further requested details in the "checkout" section of the website when placing your order.  For orders placed using credit cards, Sony will take payment in full when you place your order. 

In case of refund, payments will be made in the same way as you paid.

You will receive any monies refunded usually within 14 days. These times may vary depending on your issuing bank's response time.  If your refund is taking longer than expected, don't hesitate to get in touch with your issuing bank.

Pre-Orders

Payment by  Credit Card, Google Pay & Apple Pay

When you place your pre- order we will validate your payment method and may reserve a small amount,  usually under £1.  Shortly before your order is due to ship we will authorise and take payment for the full amount of your order.  Please ensure that you have sufficient funds available for when the payment is captured (close to the shipping date).  If sufficient funds are not available we will unfortunately need to cancel your order.

Payment by Paypal

When you place your pre-order we will authorise and take payment in full immediately.

Shipping date for Pre Orders

We aim to start the shipment of your pre-order to you from the date stated.  If there is a significant delay we will send you an email to inform you of the new expected date.

Changing your mind before your pre-order ships

You are able to cancel your order at any time before the order shipping date by logging into your MySony account.  Any amount due will then be refunded in full.
