Price Match Promise

Price matching from Sony Store Online. Click the “Chat” icon on screen and select “I want to buy a product” from the menu. Talk to our customer service agent to request a price match with a lower online price offer. The lower priced product must be an identical, brand new EU destined product and offered at a qualifying retailer. Once your request is validated, you will receive a checkout voucher to use for your planned product purchase at the Sony online store. The voucher will be valid for 7 days from the time of issue. Lower price items due to retailer loyalty schemes, voucher code promotions or retailer error are excluded. T&Cs apply.

Claim process and conditions:

i. Price matching is available via the Sony Customer Service Agents. Request a price match where a lower online price is found at a qualifying retailer. The Customer Service Agent will request a screenshot of the lower priced product and the below listed qualifying dealer conditions will need to be met before the price match is approved. The Customer Service Agent will review the majority of claims within one hour of the request, but in some cases it might take longer.

ii. Once the claim is approved, a voucher code will be provided.  The code will be valid for 7 days from the date of issue. The code can only be used at Sony Store online, and only to purchase the relevant product.

iii. No product from Digital Imaging category is included in the Price matching scheme.

iv. We reserve the right not match certain promotional activities, such as VAT-off promotions, logged-in membership discounts and in-basket discounts.

Qualifying dealer conditions:

To qualify for a price match, the lower priced product found at a selected retailer must meet the following conditions:

1. The price must be available to all consumers and should not be only available via retailer membership / loyalty schemes.

2. The product must be in stock and available to order from that dealer.

3. The model of the lower priced product must be an UK/ EU destined product and identical in terms of make, model, and size to the higher priced product.

4. The lower priced product offered must be brand new, unmodified, and in original packaging.

5. The lower priced product must not be a pricing error by the qualifying retailer.

6. Marketplace offered prices available via retailers, including the qualifying retailer, will NOT qualify.

7. No product from Digital Imaging category is included in the Price matching scheme

Sony normally offers Free Deliveries for purchases over the value of £45. If the purchase value is under £45, you will be charged £7.99 for delivery and this will be added to the costs of your order during the checkout process.

For Black Friday Sony is offering free delivery on all orders.

Sony currently covers the costs of any returns of products, provided returned in accordance with the Returns Policy.

For some products, there may be the option to select a specific day and/or time of day (i.e. morning or afternoon), subject to payment of an additional charge of £9.99 (on top of any standard delivery charge, where applicable). Where such additional delivery options are available, this will be presented as an option for you to select in the checkout pages. Please note, these additional delivery charges will not be refunded if you return your product.

Deliveries will only be made to addresses in the country of purchase. Sony will not deliver your products outside of the UK.

If you have purchased a TV or large Audio product:

When your order is picked and packed, and ready for delivery, our carrier will contact you to inform you of your delivery window. On the day before delivery, you will receive a 2-hour slot indicating your delivery time. On the morning of the delivery date, you will receive a reminder that includes a time slot and tracking link by SMS and/or e-mail. You can change the delivery date if you are unable to be there at the time of the delivery date.

If you have purchased any other product:

When your order is picked, packed, and ready for delivery, our parcel carrier will inform the delivery date by SMS or e-mail. On the morning of the delivery date, you will receive a 1-hour delivery time slot. You can change the delivery date if you cannot be there at the time of the delivery date.

Please note that deliveries to some areas may take longer than the normal stated delivery times on our website.
