Helpdesk opening hours are Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00, Sat 09.00 - 17:00 CET (Central European Time), excluding Local National Holidays. Our multilingual team can deal with telephone or email enquiries in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
Products out of warranty
If your professional product is no longer covered by the Standard Sony Warranty or PrimeSupport, there are two easy ways in which you can quickly arrange for your product to be repaired.

Our multilingual specialists who operate in English, French, Italian, German and Spanish will aim to process your request in your local language making it a stress free and simple process.
All repairs are undertaken at Sony’s top rated factory in Europe, meaning your treasured products will be loved and cared for by those who originally designed and created them. This unique mix of experience and reliability ensures your products are in extremely safe hands.
We aim to repair and have your product back to you within 7 working days.
