Your TV probably needs a repair.
Before you contact us, try the following reset procedure:
- Disconnect the TV power cord from the mains.
- Wait 5 minutes and connect it back.
- Turn on the TV again.

NOTE: The number of times the red LED flashes, gives our technicians an indication of the underlying cause of the defect. For instance, the panel or main board of your TV may need to be replaced.
