I cannot access the network service content in the Google Play Store, Movies/TV, Music (Google Play), YouTube or Games applications

    These applications require an Internet connection and the correct Date & time settings. Follow the steps below to make sure that your TV is connected to the Internet and that the Date & time settings are correct.

    To check network status:

    1. Press the HOME button on the remote.
    2. Select Help, then press the Enter button.
    3. Select Internet connectivity symptoms, then press the Enter button.

    To set date and time:

    If Sony's Android TV is connected to a network

    1. Press the HOME button on the remote.
    2. Select Settings, then press the Enter button.
    3. Select Date & time in the SYSTEM PREFERENCES category, then press the Enter button.
    4. Set Automatic date & time to On.
    5. Set Time synchronization to Use network-provided time.

    If your Sony's Android TV is not connected to a network:

    1. Press the HOME button on the remote.
    2. Select Settings, then press the Enter button.
    3. Select Date & time in the SYSTEM PREFERENCES category, then press the Enter button.
    4. Set Automatic date & time to Off.
    5. Manually adjust the Date and Time.

    NOTE: If the Date & time settings are not correct, these functions may not work properly:

    • Search/Voice Search
    • Voice Actions
    • Backdrop (screen saver with scenic pictures)
    NOTE: If the issue persists even after trying the above, the problem may be coming from Netflix directly.
