How do I turn off or exit the DEMO mode setting on my TV?
IMPORTANT:

- If model-specific information is required to complete any of the steps in this solution, refer to the manual supplied with the product.
Exit Demo Mode from the settings menu. To find the steps, select your TV model type from the following.
- For Android TVs
- For WxxxB series / XxxxB series
- For W5xxD Series / WD60x_W60xD_WD65x_W65xD Series / WD75x_W75xD Series
- For other BRAVIA TVs
For Android TV models:

Set Demo Mode and Picture Reset Mode to Off.

- Press the HOME button on the remote.
- Select
Settings.
- Select Device Preferences — Retail mode settings — Set Demo mode and Picture reset mode to Off. (Android™ 9)
OR
Select Retail mode settings — Set Demo mode and Picture reset mode to Off. (Android 8.0 or earlier)
NOTE: Depending on the product, you can also cancel by holding down the TV button on the side of the TV.

For WxxxB series / XxxxB series :
Set Demo Mode and Picture Reset Mode to Off.
- Press the HOME button on the remote.
- Select
Settings on the HOME screen.
- Select
Preferences or System Settings.
NOTE:- If your model requires you to choose System Settings, select General Set-up and then go to step 4.
- For the model which requires you to choose Preferences, go to step4 directly.
- If your model requires you to choose System Settings, select General Set-up and then go to step 4.
- Select Shop-front Display Setting.
- Demo Mode and Picture Reset Mode are displayed.
- Set Demo Mode and Picture Reset Mode to Off.
For W5xxD Series / WD60x_W60xD_WD65x_W65xD Series / WD75x_W75xD Series
- Perform a factory reset. For details, please refer to How to reset the television to the original factory settings.
After completing the factory reset, the initial set-up screen will be displayed. - During initial setup, select Home on Location screen.
