This is an indication that the Internet TV device has other apps running simultaneously. These are typically apps that have been previously downloaded and installed but not closed after using. Having multiple apps running at the same time can interfere with video streaming. Force close any downloaded apps that are still running on the Internet TV device to resolve this issue.
NOTE: Other symptoms related to this issue may include the following:
- Fast-forwarding or rewinding a TV show or move may appear to be stuck and does not stop.
