Make sure that the TV is connected to the Internet.
If your Internet connection has a problem, app icons may disappear.
Refresh the Internet content.
App icons may disappear just after purchase, a TV reset, or a new service/content update.
- Press the HOME button on the remote.
- Select Network in Settings, then press the Enter button.
- Select Refresh Internet Content, then press the Enter button.
Reset the TV.
App icons may disappear when the TV is suffering a glitch.
