These changes can impact video quality even if the title of the content says 4K or High resolution. You may notice content appearing in Standard resolution (SD) instead.
Your BRAVIA TV displays video content based on the resolution delivered by the video streaming service. If the video quality of the streaming content is lower, it is not a malfunction with the TV.
