How to open a new account with Netflix using a computer

Follow these steps to create a Netflix account:

1. Using a computer, go to http://www.netflix.com/sony.
2. On the page, select Start Your Free Month.

   

3. Enter your Email Address and desired Choose a password then click Register.

   

4. Choose a plan and select Continue.

   

5. Select either Credit Card or PayPal and enter your payment information.

   

6. Click either Yes, Add DVDs or No thanks.

   

7. Verify that Your Account Details are correct and click Continue.

   

8. Select any other device on the list you may want to watch Netflix on and click Continue.

   

9. Specify Netflix content viewers names to personalized suggestions based on what they like and click Continue.

   

10. Choose 3 movies you want to watch or enjoy watching to create personalized suggestions or viewer profile then click Continue.

    

11. Wait a few moments while personalization for each viewer is automatically performed.

    

12. The Netflix homepage will appear to confirm that the account is created.

    

NOTE: To cancel your Netflix account at any time, select Your Account under your name and select CANCEL MEMBERSHIP.
