My Android TV doesn't respond to Amazon Alexa commands

    The Android TV doesn't respond to the Amazon Alexa commands if you have network issues in your home, 
    To resolve the issue, please try the following:

    • Ensure you are using the same Google account on both the Amazon Alexa as your Android TV
    • Check the date and time on the TV: preferably set the time to Network time instead of auto or broadcasting
    • Use a different wireless router
    • Reduce the number of devices connected to the same router
