Sony | Headphones Connect

    Follow the instructions on this page to confirm whether or not you are signed in with a Sony account.

    1. Open the Sony | Headphones Connect app and tap (Menu icon) at top right.
    2. Tap Backup and restoration of settings and data.
    3. Based on the information under Account Setting, check the following.
      • "Signed in with Sony account" is displayed in Account Setting.
      • "Signed in with Amazon/Apple/Facebook/Google" is displayed in Account Setting.
      • No account settings are displayed.
