Issues casting to the TV with Chromecast built-in
You may be experiencing issues casting content from your smartphone or tablet onto your TV.
If you’re facing the symptom mentioned above, please try the following steps:
- Clear data and Clear cache from the Chromecast built-in app. From the Home screen:
- Select [Settings]
- Select [Apps]
- Select [Chromecast built-in]
- Select [Clear data]
- Select [OK]
- Select [Clear cache]
- Select [OK]
- Restart the TV by holding the green standby button on the remote for more than 5 seconds and release when the TV screen goes black.
